It can be a real pain in the behind to sit down and write blog posts for your website. Let’s face it, you have priorities that are more important.
However, if you want your website to bring in new viewers regularly, then you need to publish new content and the best way to achieve that is by having a blog.

- Link your videos from YouTube, Vimeo or Facebook to your entry and write a sentence about what people will see. 81% of people said they were convinced to buy a product after watching a company’s video.
- Publish question and answer entries to your blog from experts in your field. All you need is a template with questions that you can send to your interviewees and they can fill it out and send it back.
- Turn your podcasts into a blog, for instance, if you compile show notes along with your podcast, you are creating content that can be digested in multiple ways by your audience. Plus, show notes will help with your SEO.
- If you are a photographer or rely on imagery as the main part of your business, you can use those images to tell stories to connect with your audience. Include a brief description of the image, and include it in a gallery.
- Infographics can be easily shared on several social media platforms, which can serve as an excellent way to bring in reoccurring traffic to your website. Be sure to include your logo as well as your company’s URL somewhere on the infographic. An infographic is 30 times more likely to be read than a text article, as it’s often easier to consume visuals than text-based articles.
- Include articles by guest bloggers. Not only will you get to reach targeted members of your audience, you also get exposure to your guest blogger’s audience seeing as these relationships are often based on partner promos.
